Need to move my 3 connected Century Units to my new Vista PC.
I backed up the database & then connected the USB to my new Vista Box. Installed the Software but it says no units connected. This is different that when the software was installed & no unit was connected-then the software wouldn't even load but told me no units were seen. It appears the DDS sees the drives but needs something else. Do I need to use the "permanently unmount option on my XP machine first". Why else would they have that feature. This is no "help" info availabale on my version. Thanks in advance!
