I cant get simply firmware upgrade to work.

I downloaded it , deleted all of my original simply files and replaced them with the upgrade files , now my ds doesnt read the files ,can someone please help me fix this problem?

it wouldnt load the m3 simply interface , I pressed the r1 and r2 buttons and it loaded .
