I am wondering "How 2" download a video or presentation from certain internet sites.

These are not porn, but training videos and presentations.

File is (I believe) an .aspx format, and obviously pretected from download.

I can save the link, but not the video or presentation.

Is there a way. Step by step advice appreciated.
