Unable to access Nero 8 site after buying/install upgrade

I bought the pre order of Nero 8 download, on October 1st I downloaded and installed. I need to download the help files and especially the menu templates. But now I cannot access the site with any browser, firefox and netscape just spin forever on a blank page, internet explorer says cannot find site. This computer has cable broadband and can access any other site just fine,

Now here is where it gets weirder, I have a computer in another room
that can access the site and the templates, help files no problem
This machine has accelerated dial up. Its over 200 mb of files and times out before download is complete

Are they blocking my IP Address because I have already downloaded Nero 8 ??? and they are trying to keep the site from crashing from all the traffic after launch Or could it be something else??

Any help would be most appreciated

Are you running any software like peerguardian or perhaps your firewall is blocking the site for some reason? Try clearing your cookies too.
