I am looking for a good program to copy a dvd onto my hard drive so i can watch it on my pc. I have dvdshrink and dvdnextcopy. I have the Audiots and videots files on my computer for the movie. I am also looking for a program the I can convert and shrink down home movie to put on a dvd. Any help or suggestions would be great as i have tried to read what some of the programs do but do not understand what all the different programs do.

This program is the perfect thing to rip your DVD's and watch them on your PC.I use it and it is fantastic.It can rip to avi,mpeg etc.
Oh and the best thing is that it's 100% free.
You could also use DVD Decrypter which also works fabulously. It will rip your DVD's and keep them in DVD format.
