Firstly, what you're looking for are ISO and CSO game files. These are files ripped from the UMD. Once u have downloaded these game files, create a folder in the ROOT of your MS called 'ISO'. Place the CSO and ISO files here and they will appear under the game menu, filed under memory stick.

NB: There are FW specific games, ISO and CSO files can be run by all CFW.

This is one of the most popular websites for PSP games. There is no adware, spyware, it's free, and all that's required is that u create a FREE account to access the downloads section.

If you don't want to try pspiso (Which is pretty poor unless you have a premium on one of those file sharing sites (Sendpace, Rapidshare, etc)) then use torrents, they're generally faster than direct download (If you know what you're doing) and it's easy to manage. Plus there are tons and tons of torrent sites out there :) You'll need something like uTorrent or Azureus to download torrents.
