I believe I may have solved the outerinfo problem, as the uninstaller worked (I hope) and I was able to get a bunch deleted with NoAdware, but there's this dll file, 'pmkjj' which is a virus or adware or something from what I've learned while googling, and Hijack This will say it deletes it, but then when I do another scan it's back. I cannot manually delete it either.

Fix those and post another log. If the pmkjj keeps coming back, try booting into safe mode and either using hijackthis to fix it, or delete in manually from C:\WINDOWS\system32\pmkjj.dll.
