I want to upgrade from a 17" crt to a 22" lcd (want to play my 360 on this). right now the main Monitor im looking at is the Samsung 216bw. its 21.6" at a good price. I don't think the .4th of a inch will be a big lost? Heres the link from newegg.
The Monitor
so tell me what you think thanks

The cheapest and best monitor I found for the same thing is a 22" Westinghouse. I play 360 on it all the time. Although it isn't full 1080p, it is 1050, so it is really close. When I bought mine it was alot cheaper than any of the others, and still looks really good. I don't have a link to it, and I don't know the price of it as of now. But I just looked at your link, and I would rather have the one you suggested actually, I didn't know they were that cheap now. The only thing you need to do, is buy a VGA cable for the 360 because it will give you the best picture possible with that monitor, and that monitor doesn't have component connections anyway.

You won't be disappointed with that Samsung. It is an excellent choice.

Forgot to mention that I love Samsung. I have a 19" monitor by Samsung myself, and a 42" plasma by them also. They both look really good for the money.

Newegg, Tigerdirect, NCIX (US), and Zipzoomfly seem to be the places to go these days...

You'll like the samsung, They make some really good monitors.
I picked up a 225bw 22" widescreen about 6 weeks ago and I love it,
They need a little tweaking, But look pretty damm good right outta the box.
Good Luck
Peace all

good stuff sounds good, i'll be asking for tweaking advice once i get my monitor lol. Yeah i really want to go with Newegg because i've done business with them and they're very good, but its not in stock so i think i'll wait till they have it. I wish it was in so i can get it asap. Hopefully they have a sale or something like free shipping when it comes in.
