i keep getting this error message Error 1402 could not open key: UNKNOWN\SEAnubisUtils.CommonTasks.1/CLSID and then it sez sumfin like please verify key or contact support personel

Does anyone have any clues what it might be? or how to fix it?

any help would be greatly appreciated, oh and it is the 1.20.237 version, do u think if i upgrade it could work?
