i keep getting this error message saying Error 1402: could not open key: UKNOWN\SEAnubisUtils.CommonTasks1/(sumthing i cant remeber) please verify you have suffiecient access or contact support personel, well you guys are my support personel, please help, the version was 1.20.237, i have also tried installing 2.10.46 and that comes up with FAILURE TO LOAD RESOURCE and then does all this crap for ages and while that comes up, the installation guide comes up and it successfully installs, so then when its finished i click on the icon pc suite, and it loads and loads and then says failure to load configuration, anyone no what that means or how to fix it? please help me! also i can still connect my phone to the pc without the pc sutie, is that normal? like i can put songs and stuff on it,
