I was in the middle of backing up a dvd when I decided to stop it. The next time I tried running the app it crashed and continues to crash everytime. I can't seem to recover from it and do not know what to do. It tells me everytime I try that I should post the debug log on an other forum but can't. I will post it here if this forum allows it. But does anyone have any suggestions on recovering from this type of crash?

The reason that you cannot post for help at another forum is because Sony has stopped development and support for this program. I would suggest getting to know DVDFab HD Decrypter as it is the next best thing for ripping new DVD's. The downside is that it will no longer be a click and forget operation as once the DVD has been ripped you then will need to manually import it into DVD Shrink or Nero Recode for compression. But it doesn't take any longer, just a few more mouse clicks.
