Kyocera m1000 unlocking

Does anyone know how to unlock a Kyocera m1000? It's locked from being able to download ringtones from 3rd-party companies and also the bluetooth settings only allow me to connect to a bluetooth headset and not the ability to do file transfers through it. Any ideas? Thanks
