hi my dvd drive model is: Model: TSSTcorp CD/DVDW SH-W162Z

and i want to update its firmware cause certain dvd( company of heroes: opposing fronts game dvd) it not reading properly...

can u tell me how to update its firmware ?

Go here, find your burner model, click on the latest firmware, then don't do anything while the firmware flashes your drive. The latest firmware update is from three days ago, I hope that this helps, but firmware usually only helps in recognizing newer DVD-R and DVD+R disks, not commercially pressed disks, you may have a bad pressing if your disk won't play or register.
