UMD Disc will but you will need to install CFW to the PSP slim to play games off Memory Stick.

HERE is a guide on installing CFW to PSP SLIM.

yes, all games work on the psp slim. i have one, and all of the games i have work on it.

use the link that larrylje provided, and your psp slim will have custom firmware.
