I am trying to fix a friend's computer and have tried all of my tricks and I cannot get rid of these pop-ups. When I connect to the Internet, these pop-ups occur. The following is my HijackThis Log File. I appreciate any help.

Not a problem at all, glad to be of some help.

The log looks MUCH better, no blatant signs of malware anymore. There are a few questionable entries which I will list, look over them/have your friend look over them and decide if they are truly needed.

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {00b8bf36-0ea9-4299-9a9e-c7f03086f683} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\htovrro.dll (I dont see any reason to have this)

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {16EB39B9-8125-4BA1-8A75-EDF526B5B26F} - C:\Program Files\Common Files\hoqe83122.dll (same with this)
