Yes, the cpu and mobo will both work because they are both socket 775.

Btw, I havent really ever heard of a "power up" power supply... Could mean that its a bad PSU, but I'm not totally sure.

The E6750 is the way to go.
http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sk...nufacture=INTEL

Its cheaper, faster, newer, and better overall than the E6600.

Take that money you saved on the CPU and buy this Motherboard:
http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sk...anufacture=EVGA
or this one
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/S...5261&CatId=2014

For a power Supply stick with either Enermax, Corsair, or Thermatake. PowerUp is questionable and should not be used in that computer. Don't think that the power supply in the least important component in your system. If the power supply goes, then so does your entire computer.

or
http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sk...facture=CORSAIR

You will also need a SATA hard drive, not the ATA-100 Hard drive you have selected.
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/S...6259&CatId=2459

And this video card:
http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sk...anufacture=EVGA
it's the same one you have except it's factory overclocked and should yield higher performance than the one you have selected.

If you add up the cost it should come out roughly the same as your old configuration.
