I have a backup file that will not open for me. I created it on another pc of mine before it crashed. It is the Nero backup version 1.2.0.11 I installed the Nero Express version 6.3.1.17 onto my new pc and it will not open it up for me. Can up please help me out. I also dont realy know much about pcs.

unless the file is corrupted (which i doubt) your problem is probably that the backup cant open the original files, they need to be in the same location as in the previous pc, all the files that you working on in the backup need to be in a hard drive with the same name (C:,F:,I:,G: most hard drives have names like these) and in a folder with the same name.
it is also possible that the two versions of nero aren't compatible
