ok first do i need to install n stuff like u did with the psp like downgrade or ne think??

if not where do i put .nds files ?? in a folder or straight on the memory card??

Guess Translation: Do I need to install anything like I did with my PSP?

Guess Answer: What are you running? You should install the latest firmware for whatever you are running.

If you were using an R4, for example, I believe you can put files in folders or in the root, depending on your taste.

i brought a DS Max Media Launcher with a micro sd memory card i already got a memory card reader because my phone used the microsd memory card :)

so do i need ne software on my ds lite or do i just put the .nds(file)
on my memory card??
