PAL to NTSC on a LITE-ON SHM-165P6S ??

I need to create an NTSC DVD-video disc. I have a LITE-ON SHM-165P6S DVD-burner. I've set up ConvertXtoDVD which seems to be doing a good job on creating NTSC-video from an AVI-file.

However, as I live in Europe, I wonder will a disc burned with this configuration work in a non-PC NTSC setup (i.e. home DVD-player+TV) in the US, or will it only run on a PC DVD-drive?

I currently use ConvertX for AVi and PAL formated DVD files .. I convert them to NTSC and have no problems what so ever in playing them in a US based NTSC DVD player as well as in an older US release NTSC playstation 2..
