Azureus Causing Problems

Hello to all.

I have a problem with Azureus (I think).

Basically I was using an E-Learning training system by skillsoft which required me to download Java which I did and everything was fantastic.
However shortly after I decided to download Azureus with Vuze and since then I am unable to play course content from my Elearning program. I have tried uninstalling the Azureus as I have been informed it uses its own Java and may be the issue, and I have also uninstalled Sun Java and reinstalled it but are still having problems.

I have removed everything re:Azureus even from hidden files and folders etc but I am not sure if there are some remnants especially Java related.

I checked the Sun Java console since doing all this and restarting the PC and trying eLearning and below is what is generated by Java console when I try a course,

I have tried on a different pc and everything works fine, and there is no Azureus on that pc.

I just want my Elearning working as it was and would greatly appreciate if anyone can help in any way at all.
