I keep getting errors when burning DVDs with nero. Can anyone help? I'm wasting a lot of media here. Here's the log. Thanks in advance.

Having the same problem too buddy.
Refer to my post as well, my log looks similar to yours, although I haven't posted it.
Do you get the same thing happening to you as well?
I've made a few too many coasters as well !!

There is a firmware updated for the writer.

You are using good media but all those 0's say the writer is not reading it.
The rule is to burn at half the speed of the media.
So slow it to 4x.
Watch your memory use while burning..

One strange thing I have noticed in logs from Nero 8 is the number of lines relating to "Media Specific"
