I need opinions about the best ripping software out there, regardless of price.

Using the combination of Ripit4Me, Decrypter and Shrink is taking an eternity. What is quicker for backing up movies?

Personally, I use Nero Recode with DVD 43 (no longer updates) running on the background. But if you don't mind spending a little bit of cash, I heard AnyDVD is the way to go.

this is openly debated very often:
IMHO the best free one out there is dvdfab HD Decrypter. The best pay one out there is anydvd. This is my opinion and my opinion only!

What do you want the quickest or best quality?

Quick and easy = AnyDVD and CloneDVD

High quality and better rips IMO.

Ripit4Me/Decrypter with DVD Rebuilder and CCE.

There are too many variables to say which is best, it all comes down to what works best for you!
