No, you need a GBA solution to play GBA games.

read the thread about the EZ flash 3-in-1 posted by domdom87. it pretty much explains what it does. you would use the EZ flash 3-in-one as an expansion pack (for stuff like linux and ds browser), rumble pack, and to play gba games.
