Hello i have a Dell inspiron 8500 laptop and its not working, but i have a working screen (15.4") and i now its possible to turn it into a desktop screen. Does anymone now how to convert the conections into a VGA.

I have taken it apart and on the rear of the lcd screen there are some cables and i thought if i could find an adabtor that will turn it into an VGA.
Can anyone give me any advise, or what to do with the screen, because i dont want to throw it away.
