Directvobsub's Green Arrow is not appearing!

Hi,

I have Windows Vista, and I have just installed Directvobsub. As far as I know, there is meant to be a green arrow while playing videos, as on my other two computers. The green arrow does not appear on the Vista computer. Any solutions?
