I am in cambodia . I have this phone model 6030b and i can't use it because of Phone restriction . could anyone help me please .

Can't do it this way.
Even if you get it unlocked,it will not work in Cambodia. Wrong frequency.
6030b is 850/1900Mhz.
Cambodia uses 900/1800Mhz.
