After finding out how to get high quality ac3 6channel files from mp3, I still don't know how to burn these files to dvd without having abc ordering.

When I have mp3 music files and want to burn them on a cd (cd-type not mp3-cd) I select the option in Nero to burn "music to cd".
Than I put the music files in the order that I like them to be played in the cd player.
This works fine.
Nero burns the files to cd in the same direction as I put them in the Nero screen.
So no problem.

But when I want to put AC3 files to a dvd (or the same as when I put mp3's to a cd in mp3CD-Mode) I choose "ISO" mode and put the ac3 files in the burn-music-list the way I like them to be played.

SO after burning them Nero scrabled them putting them in abc ordering.

In nero I used the option "do not sort on any type".

I hope anyone knows a way for me to get these files to play the order I like.

DVD doesn't work like this with Dolby Digital (ac3) files.
These need to be authored, and you are in the wrong forum for this.
You need the DVD Authoring forum.

This one is for High Resolution audio, and Dolby Digital is about as low-res as it is possible to get being the multichannel equivalent of MP3.

It's not that the files won't play once I burned them on DVD (It only play's in some dvd players I agree), but Nero put's them in abc ordering instead the ordering that I put them in.

Moving this one to the Nero forum - sounds like a Nero problem with not keeping the songs in proper order when buring an iso.
Edited the title to this too :)

Anyone?

Maybe there is a other program that could solve this ordering issue?

They are being treated as DATA. Just throw a number in front of them in Nero. You won't be changing the actual filemname on your HD.

That's right, when I put a number in front of the song it works (becourse nero burns them in abc type).
But this would mean I would have to rename more than a 1000 songs, wich is quite a lot of work.
Therefore I do not prefer this method (unless there is a program that does this nubering for me).

I don't think you have a choice.
