I870 and Micro SD Issue

Got a 2GB SD Card for my I870 when originally placed in pc it gave 1.87Gb available after I placed in i870 it formatted it to only 1GB and know I can't get it back to 1.87GB this is the second card that this is happened to making me think it is a i870 issue.

When card is checked in Disk Management it appears as;

Disk1 (F:)
Removable 957 MB FAT 957 MB
1.87 GB Healthy Unallocated
