Problem with DVD Audio Ripper 4.0

First off, I'm a newbie, so all apologies up front. :)

I recently pruchased this program to rip the audio off my music DVDs. I had no problem at all with my first attempt, and successfully made a perfect copy of one of the shows from the Stones' Biggest Bang DVD set.

In later attmepts with other DVDs, for some reason, I am only able to select the one large file with all chapters included, and I'm not given the option to select individual chapters - at least they are not appearing on the list when I pull up the DVD info. In my attempt to rip the large file (up to 2 hours long), the ripping stops after only about 50-60% of the DVD is ripped.

Does this sound familiar, or does anyone have any tips on how I can overcome this?

Which brand/company are you using?
I googled dvd audio ripper and found imtoo, xilisoft, wondershare, etc.

imtoo is the brand.

I dug in further and realized that I had not set it up correctly to list all chapters. This helped immensely.

One problem that still remains, is that after about an hour into the DVD, MY DVD drive starts crapping out, and stopping the program. It is starts getting really hot and making a funny noise. What I think is happening is that it is burning out after about an hour of ripping. After letting it sit for about a half hour, I'm able to do the remainder of the DVD. It's a brand new computer, but just must be a weak DVD drive, eh?
