what swap magic should i use and do i need to use a slide card or not?

go with the latest one. i think it's 3.8

all fat ps2 needs to use the slidecard with swapmagic, unless you have a fliptop case.

i'd go with the memory card exploit, and use hdloader 0.8b. it's what i've been using, and works great. saves the laser, and loading times are gone.

where can i get the memory card exploit and hd loader0.8b? do i have to buy them or download them?

the exploit save builder and hdloader can be found at exploitstation.com.

you will need action replay MAX and a usb flash drive. you have to transfer the exploit that way. exploitstation has a detailed guide on how to make it, click HERE
