Hi there,

My friend is having trouble with his laptop. He has some viruses and it's gotten pretty bad.

His administrator rights have been screwed up so he is unable to do a number of things such as open Control Panel, connect to the internet, use System Configuration (msconfig) etc.

I have attached a HiJackThis Log from his laptop. Hopefully it will be of some use to you.
