I'm like the 5 yr old standing over the broken cookie jar "wasn't me, mommy!"

I moronically clicked on the wrong button on the wrong web page & now I get constant pop-up warnings, web page redirects, & a really scary looking desktop spoof thing.

Go ahead and fix these entries. For best results, run Spybot S&D, AVG anti spyware and Ccleaner (fix registry option). After doing that reboot your computer and post another log!

I'm INFAMOUS for my sense of humor.....

Ex wife sent text 'go to h3ll'

My response was 'thanks for the offer to remarry, gonna have to decline for now'

I couldn't get CC to run, ran EC, then PC hung on Panda AV, so I'm running TM House Call.

It is in the last step.

I figure doing this now will help prep me for when my kids (13 & 9) hose up my PC.

The log looks very good! Did all the problems go away? You do have a lot of 04 entries (programs that start up each time windows starts), if your comp is acting a little slow I can help you sort that out also :)
