I can start black and white and it plays at a fast speed but i get graphics problems like this.

Im running XP with a 32mb Geforce 2 MX graphics card. Driver version: 6.14.0010.8421

A 32MB Grafics card!? Wow, I don't even think that Geforce 2 MX is even a supported card for Black&White.
