Thought you might be interested of this. New IFOEdit fixes the following issues:

-fixed: chapters will be preserved on the second DVD.
-The 2nd Disc late-start is fixed.
-The VIDEO_TS.IFO/BUP will be created now too (when stripping streams).

...so, problems like accessing chapters from 2nd DVD-R's menus should work now, etc.
