I downloaded Hack and mess up 3

I startet it and configured it.
First i followed all steps to it come to i shuld start up.

I start up the Dedicated server, and i start up the Hack and mess up 3, when i started it, i wrote 127.0.0.1 in the IP since i hosted the server, but how and where can i write in the victime's IP??
And how can i get his IP???
I really need help to this..
