Suspended due to non-functional email address

my mac is 10.2.8, i just purchase that new leopard, and when i tried to intall the program, it say that, it cannot be intall. so i was told that i need more speed and memory, and since i cannot buy more speed, i need a new computer. is there something that i can do.
