After spending a couple bucks on Nero's worthless help desk line (it has been 2 weeks and no response to several attempts) I figured someone might have an idea what is going on here.

All I want to do it take an MP4 I originally encoded using Recode, Standard template for AVC. I just want to bump down the resolution a bit, to make the file smaller.

Whenever I try to open the MP4 file in ANY of the Nero 7 apps, the app says it can't open it.

Here's part of the log:

That is the full NeroVisionlog.txt, under the C:\Users\dcraig\AppData\Roaming\Ahead\NeroVision directory.

I did build the NeroCab file, is there anything in that that would help you?
