Having a little problem with my Nero Version 7 program.

I was having some problems with my webcam when I called Compaq to help me out. While working with me on my problem the rep told me that my computer was running a little slow and that I should save my files and do a system recovery on my computer to bring it back to factory quaility.
Anyway I did this and everything has been working great, but for some reason My Nero 7 version will no longer burn anything with the words (AC3)attached to it. Whenever I download anything that has these letters I end up either see the picture I'm burning, but without any sound. It works with other files but not anything with AC3 attached to it. The thing is I was able to burn files before with these letters but now that I've reinstalled my Nero 7 it just won't work. Also if I play the file on my computer with my Nero vision program I get great picture and sound quility, but once I try to burn or copy it on a CD or DVD I end up with a great picture with no sound. Could someone please tell me what I did wrong and what I might have to do to fix this. I've already done a Nero produce update which had new programs and downloaded them, but even after doing this I'm still having the same problem.
