DVD2SVCD Stops muxing at 66%! What's wrong?

Ok, I've found the best way so far to convert dvd2svcd and it's with dvd2svcd, using CCE (I have the full version:). I've done one movie and it came out ok. Still from time to time there was the occasional spike in the sound and a few blocks in the pic but not too bad. However when I tried to do the SAME movie the next day, and then when I tried to convert a Divx to svcd the same thing keeps happening. During the AviSynth script on the second pass it gets to 66% and then just stops muxing. DVD2SVCD doesn't freeze, it just stops encoding. When I shut it down it says that the program is in the process of encoding. Anyone else have this prob????? I'm going nuts overhere!!!
