When i try to put a film onto dvd that ive downloaded i get a strip that is out of focus across the bottom of the film anybody have any ideas how to get rid of this problem i`m ising nero vision 4

as IHOE said its what you DL'd. my guess would be its a screener adn who ever Up'd it tried to block out the info from poping up causeing that strip to be blured/out of focus.
