After my last ipod video fell to its death i've decided it's time for a new one.

The ipod touch looks like the one but first i'd like to ask a few questions to anybody who has allready purchased one.

8gb seems like very little memory if you're planning to ever watch movies or video podcasts on your ipod.
The fact that it has internet catches up for the memory capacity as one can watch streaming movies of youtube...

So,does this cause a big problem?

If i walk into a starbucks that allows me to connect to the internet can I download mp3 files from any site or do you have to go through Itunes?

And last of all, are you generally satisfied with it?
