Hello... I don't know much about capturing stuff on the tv to comp, so please use little words.

I understand I could use an RCA to USB device... but they don't pump out as good quality. I also get there are video cards that'll let you plug whatever cord into them, and let you view it on your moniter?

Anyway, my ultimate goal is to be able to capture fmv/cutscenes from video games I own, at a good quality, so that later I can chop up the clips and make amv's to them.
