I am looking for someone to build a PC for me!

I don't wanna do it myself. I would like someone to do that for me. Most of the jobs are video editing and graphic design. Hence, I really need some decent PC with restore or backup disc available. The price is around $3100. These are what I basically need and the rest you guys could recommend.

1) At least a quad core(run fast)
2) perfect graphic
3) a Acronis backup of the image of the whole PC data.

Hope someone could build that for me.
