Ok here's the deal, I wanna know if I can lock a flash (thumb) drive so people WON'T be able to delete files off it but they would still be able to access the files and open them but not modify, and not just like word/text files but pictures and video and maybe a small application that could run off the drive, I was just wondering if that could be done.

I'm only asking because recently a few bands have released albums using thumb drives so I'm wondering there has to be a way where people can access the files but are unable to delete them?
