How to remove Stuck Subtitle from Video_TS

Hi, i've been converting DVD to AVI. When I turn off subtitle and starting to convert and when it gets finished, I am totally surprised by a subtitle (people talking about the movie). Strange.

What i want to do is REMOVE this subtitle from the DVD, so i can convert it to AVI without having this subtitle.

I am using also DVD Decrypter, but I dont understand exactly what I must do. If someone have experience on this and know what to do, please help me! Thanks!

I have learned something. This subtitle is not streamed, but its in the VOB files VTS_01_1, VTS_01_2 etc.
