I bought Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 (PAL) from England and i live in Canada and the game does not give me an option to choose between 50/60Hz, it tells me to insert a ps2 game from my region. Do i need a mod chip to run it? What do i have to do to get this option? How can i make this game work I'm dieing to play it?

to be able to play imported games on your PS2, you will need to either have a modchip, or you can use Swap Magic (along with some form of method to swap, i.e slide card, flip top, etc..)
