Im pretty sure I have a huge problem: Whenever i'm navigating the web all of a sudden my browser will switch a site called "quick browser" so im assuming its adware, and even when I type in a simple address like google, it tells me that "internet explorer cannot find the page" but then i push refresh and it works. I have done multiple sweeps with Webroot's Spy Sweeper and Ad-Aware Pro 2007, and still no luck ridding the problem, although spy sweeper picks up my normal amount of cookies (23) but then it says that there are 6 traces of something but doesnt delete it or even tell me what it is.

Okay I have pinpointed the problem i have by useing spyware doctor 5.1, I had 56 traces of crap, i ran the scan and ran it again, everything is gone except for what's called an adware easy search toolbar, and what that is it hides in my browser and bypasses active-x control and installs harmful files without asking. The threat level says it's elevated, so i was wondering if anyone had this same problem, but no matter what I do it wont disappear, is there a way to manually delete it or is there another program that i could get?

You should try the on-line Microsoft one care scan. It gets rid of viruses spy ware and Trojans. Here's the link http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/center/howsafe.htm
Ok, even if that does work then you should do windows malicious software scan

I use windows defender now as anti-spyware, it's really good. You don't have to download windows defender but if you got this virus or spyware because of your current anti-spyware you should download it :

By the way, all of these products are free. If none of these things work then you should do a system restore to a date and an earlier date if that doesn't work before you had the spyware.
