When you view bittornado's advanced screen it shows you the remote peers you are connected to.

What does Choked, Snubbed mean?
Does it mean that you are "choking" the remote peer? or that the remote peer is choking you?
Are you snubbing the remote peer? or he is snubbing you?

And what is the difference between Choked and Choking?
