Sony ericsson k750i problems!!!

I bought a second hand Sony ericsson k750i mobile phone.At first the mobile phone had some software problems.As in when i switch on the phone it takes about 10mins to load from the sony ericsson intro screen.Then after some time the problem has escalated.My phone reception isn't good and my camera hasn't got any more camera function as in when i open the camera shutter.The phone still says that the camera shutter is closed, that i should open the shutter.Also i have lost all camera lighting.When i try to put the phone light on it doesn't work.I have tried to resolve this problem by updating my phone firmware to the latest version.Please if some could help me i would appreciate it.
