Could anyone please help me to unlock my Nokia 5070?

Make/model phone: NOKIA 5070
IMEI #: 354 830 014 477 154
Country the phone is locked in: Australia
Provider the phone is locked to: Optus

I intend to use this phone in Brazil.

I can not unlock my phone, can I?
I understand that I need to take my phone to a professional unlocker.

If you want do it yourself you must buy hard-software.If you want you can do it,but cost about 300$.
Better send the phone or find local phoneshop,cost about 30$,cannot you say exactly(can be 15-20).
